New Student Package - 2 weeks unlimited - $32
If you are a new student to yoga, trying a class just once will not give you a good idea of whether you like yoga or whether it will help you or not. The first class is always a bit difficult and can feel akward and you are likely to feel pretty sore in the following days. By commiting yourself to going to at least 3 classes your body and mind will have the opportunity to learn and adjust to this new practice and integrate these teachings on a cellular level. We recommend trying yoga at least 3x per week for 2 weeks for an optimal experience. After this you will know if yoga is something for you or not. Therefore we offer this very economical package for new students only to try any classes at the studio.
With any monthly package, if you use up all your alotted classes before the month is over, you can purchase extra classes at the "package price." For instance if you buy the $76/10 classes per month package and you need extra classes, they may be purchased at a price of $7 per class. CLASS PACKS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE This means you cannot give unused classes on your pack to someone else. The classes on your pack are for you and you alone.
Most classes are heated - So come prepared to sweat! Classes are suitable for beginners, as long as you're willing to be challenged in body and mind. Shiva's classes, heated from 80-85 degrees - are comprised of meditation, awareness, and flowing poses as well as long holds. They are heated to 80-85 degrees and contain about 1/3 Vinyasa (flowing) Style yoga. There is a relaxation period at the end, which sometimes includes guided meditation to still the mind. This class is for all levels.
